Dr Ken Henry, Chair of Australia's Future Tax System Review Panel and Secretary to the Treasury has given an interesting address to the National Press Club, Canberra on the tax system review.

He managed to cover wombats, a Queensland country pub and the themes of complexity, risk and governance while discussing our tax system.
