The ATO has launched a new web page in which it analyses and provides the Tax Office’s response to  recent court and tribunal decisions.

The Tax Office’s response sets out whether it agrees with the decision or not and any administrative impact of the decision.

Apparently the Tax Office is committed to providing a response within 8 weeks of the handing down of a decision.
