Austrac has published a preview of the questions it asks reporting entities in its 2025 compliance report.
The report must be submitted by reporting entities who provided designated services from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025.
The 2025 compliance report must be submitted to AUSTRAC between 1 January and 31 March 2026.
There can be penalties for failing to submit a compliance report.
