The Credit Ombudsman Service Limited (COSL) has announced that it has changed its name to ‘Credit and Investments Ombudsman’ (CIO).

It says the change is intended to more accurately reflect the composition of the dispute resolution scheme’s existing membership, which also includes financial advisers and managed investments schemes.
